itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Die h\u00f6chsten Berge des Sauerlands, meist weite T\u00e4ler, tiefe W\u00e4lder im Wechsel mit Wiesen und \u00c4ckern bestimmen das Bild des Naturparks Diemelsee. Farbenpr\u00e4chtige Laub- und Mischw\u00e4lder, aber auch dunkle Fichtenw\u00e4lder, breiten sich auf etwa der H\u00e4lfte der Fl\u00e4che aus. Dazwischen findet man Felder und Weideland, bunte Blumenwiesen, kristallklare B\u00e4che, erikafarbene Hochheiden und mittendrin den Diemelsee. Der Naturpark Diemelsee liegt im \u00e4u\u00dfersten Nordwesten Hessens und ragt mit einem Drittel seiner Fl\u00e4che in das angrenzende Bundesland Nordrhein-Westfalen hinein. Er ist Teil des Rothaargebirges, besser bekannt unter dem Namen Sauerland, mit seinen h\u00f6chsten Erhebungen Langenberg und Hegekopf (843m \u00fcNN). Gro\u00dfe geschlossene W\u00e4lder bestimmen das Bild der Landschaft. Erst s\u00fcd\u00f6stlich des Diemelsees Richtung Korbach tritt der Wald zugunsten des Acker- und Gr\u00fcnlandes zur\u00fcck. Die Hochheiden um Usseln und Willingen mit ihrer Tundrenflora zeugen noch heute von fr\u00fcheren Bewirtschaftungsformen. Verbindendes Glied ist das weithin unber\u00fchrte Tal der Diemel, die den Naturpark von ihrer Quelle s\u00fcdlich Usseln in Richtung Norden durchflie\u00dft. Eine gro\u00dfe Zahl gut markierter Wanderwege (darunter sieben zertifizierte), sowohl Fernwanderwege als auch Rundwanderwege, erschlie\u00dfen die Sch\u00f6nheiten der Landschaft, die durch den Wechsel zwischen Wald und Feld, Berg und Tal besticht. Viele Aussichtspunkte wie der Eisenberg oberhalb der Diemeltalsperre, der Georg-Viktor-Turm in Goldhausen, die Aussichtsplattform &#8222;Wei\u00dfe Frau&#8220; in Brilon-R\u00f6senbeck oder der Dommelturm nahe Ottlar gew\u00e4hren einen weiten Blick \u00fcber das Waldecker Land und in den Naturpark.
