Sie durchflie\u00dft anschlie\u00dfend Heckershausen und den Ahnepark der Stadt Vellmar. Hinter der Stadtgrenze wird der Bachlauf Ahna genannt, der in Kassel in H\u00f6he der Insel Finkenherd in die Fulda m\u00fcndet. Auf einer L\u00e4nge von etwa 21 km \u00fcberwindet sie ca. 440 H\u00f6henmeter.<\/p>\n<p>Der interkommunale Eco Pfad entlang der Ahne verbindet Ahnatal und Vellmar auf einer Wegstrecke von ca. 9 km. Es gibt zwei Startpunkte:<\/p>\n<p>am Bahnhof Ahnatal-Weimar oder<br \/>\nan der Haltestelle Vellmar-Niedervellmar, Friedhof (Weideweg).<br \/>\nAm besten erreichen Sie Start und Ziel mit Bus und Bahn.
